The award-winning Spa at Ramside, at Ramside Hall Hotel near Durham, is opening its doors to those in need of rejuvenation with a one night detox break.
The detox package, which is available until March, aims to restore guests’ energy levels and revive their body and soul, ready for the year ahed.
Those purchasing the package can expect a one night stay in one of Ramside Hall Hotel’s new premier bedrooms, full use of the state-of-the-art spa and a 60 minute personalised treatment.
The offer also includes a one hour personal training session with Holistic Coaching, a welcome smoothie on arrival and a spa brunch at Fusion restaurant, complimentary fitness classes, complimentary use of fluffy robes and spa flip flops during the stay and an ESPA gift to take home.
Ramside Hall Hotel’s £8m spa opened in August 2015 and offers five pools including one of the UK’s biggest hydrotherapy pools and an outdoor infinity pool, 14 treatment rooms, a thermal suite, a Sleep Sanctuary with soundwave therapy beds and a Rasul mud chamber.
Prices for the one night detox break start from £219 for single occupancy in a double room and from £299 per couple in a double room.
