An award-winning north east based Inbound Tour Operator is offering a new service for visitors to the North East, with the introduction of tailor-made day trips and short breaks for individuals to destinations right across North East England.
Northern Secrets, which won a coveted award at this year’s Group Travel Awards has been operating for 8 years bringing thousands of people to the region every year as it provides quality bespoke group holidays.
Now, individual travellers will be able to benefit from Northern Secrets expertise and passion. The launch of a new website promoting Northern Secrets Guided Tours enables individual travellers to indulge their passion be it for city culture, history and heritage, adventure or the great outdoors, with a tailor-made trip in Northern Britain.
Alex Jacobs, managing director of Northern Secrets said:
“Our award-winning service will now tailor-make a trip for any tourists specific needs. We already operate a corporate service hosting media, VIPs and important customers for companies in the region, helping them to ‘seal the deal’ as it were, so this new step is an expansion of our core service but to a new market.”
“With a huge range of accommodation and itineraries, to suit all budgets, our tours are all specially designed with the individual in mind. Our team are passionate and enjoy creating authentic holidays to North East England, Yorkshire, Scotland and Wales, where you can really experience everything about this amazing region.”
New customers could be people from the region enjoying a special day or the recipient of a gift; coming here from other parts of the country attracted by the great things this region has to offer or international travellers.
“Where they are from is not important,” says Alex. “All customers will receive the highest possible levels of service. We don’t sub-contract like some bigger companies. We have our own highly trained – all Blue Badge qualified – guides who are all passionate about North East England.”
Alex already works with all tourism bodies across the North East and with his dual British and German nationality is a proud ambassador for the region.
