Following on from its recent awards successes, including securing two AA rosettes for culinary excellence, achieving a listing in the prestigious Michelin Guide, and being presented with an OpenTable Diners’ Choice Award, SIX Rooftop at The Baltic is pulling out all the stops this festive season.
During the festive season, Greg Lambert, SIX’s Food Director, and his talented team will present an array of inspiring menu options. Each dish is expertly prepared to highlight seasonal ingredients sourced from some of the finest local suppliers and producers including the likes of Taste Tradition, Portland Shellfish, Herb Fed Chicken, Doddington Dairy, and Gilchester Organics. Just a few of the local farmers and artisan food producers that the restaurant is proud to work with.
Guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy specially selected wines and curated cocktails, all carefully chosen by SIX’s expert team of sommeliers to complement the flavours in each of Greg’s dishes.
For those who have spent the festive season at SIX before, they will know just how indulgent the restaurant’s exclusive seasonal dishes can be. For first-time visitors, making a booking for 2024’s festivities provides a host of delicious reasons to get together with family and friends during the holiday season.
